Did you have sex with him before you turned 16? (If this can be proved, he's looking at a 15 year felony..

Has he ever given you alcohol (a misdemeanor), drugs, (a felony) or had sex with you when you were drunk or drugged? (another felony).

Will he support you if he gets you pregnant?

Has he ever hit you?

What happened to his last girlfriend?

These are all questions parents ask because they don't want their broken-hearted daughters coming back home with another child to raise.

Yes, it's "legal" to date and have sex him. It's just not smart.
