There are strict time deadlines for filing appeals, so act quickly. Make sure you contact a lawyer soon and advise them as the date of your judgment so they know how quickly they would need to act.

Some appeals are very time consuming, and the filing fee alone is almost $400, so be prepared to spend some money on this.
