please help asap

Hi i have been trying to fine this form or even no how to go about this no one seems to no what i am talking about. the courts no one . What i need is to no how or go about getting this form or name of it. to obtain a lien on any FUNDSwhich may be TRANSFERRED in a sale of the licensed premises th a THIRD party...i need asap i have been looking for 3 months . Your question is very hard to follow. What do you mean by "licensed premises?" If you are talking about putting a lien on real property, there is something called a "Judgment Lien" which permits a judgment creditor to place a lien on real property owned by the judgment debtor. It is filed with the Register of Deeds in the county where the property is located. I cannot tell you exactly where to find this form, but you can browse the internet.
