Graduate from college with honors and be smart enough to be admitted to a Tier 1 law school for 3+ years - cost to you $150,000 and plenty of hard work - all unpaid. Then take and pass a rigorous bar exam and practice criminal law for years - paying office staff, rent, and expenses along with continuing legal education.
or..., if you don't have the money, time, and intellect to do this,
HIRE A LAWYER.
