Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I have had my checking account garnished by a legal firm representing a credit card company. It was garnished in Feb. 20011 then dropped when I filed an objection. It has been garnished again this month even though I have already make 2 payments. This has caused me hardship as I could not pay my house payment or car insurance. How do I make this random garnishment stop?

File a motion to access sanctions for abuse of the system under MCR 2.625 and 2.114. That will get their attention.
