Re: child custody
Contact a family law attorney and/or petition the court for custody. If you do not believe he is the father, you can request a paternity test. Even if he is the father, you can still petition for custody if that is your wish. An experience child custody lawyer will be able to evaluate your chances for success once he/she knows more details about your case.
Thanks and good luck.
