Civil Contempt of Court

My husband just recieved a letter saying he was in civil contempt of court for not filling out his jury duty questionairre. What might happen and how might he get out of it?

he can be fined for not filling it out. he needs to get the questionnaire and respond accordingly. if he honestly didn't receive it, or it went to a wrong address or something, feel free to explain. but he needs to just fill it out and return it like the law provides.
