Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I have a colorado drivers licence for over a year now and want to get a cdl endorcement but the state of michigan has a hold on my cdl for past dui over six years ago. who do i contact about fileing a law suit.

You don't file a lawsuit but rather check with the Michigan Secretary of State to find out while there is a hold on your license. My guess is a appeal hearing to DAAD is required. Please visit www.kliszlaw.com to get started. Tim Klisz
