Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

complicated

I a have not heard from my fiancee in 4days. this is totally out of character for him we speak to each other more than 5 times a day. He is a truck driver. His residence is in AZ, the company he works for is in NE and i live in MI. I called his employed and asked them to get in touch with him they sent four messages via computer and they said the messages have been acknowledged. The also trains new trucker and actually had a student with him the last i knew. I have called his cell phone numerous times no answer. His employer tells me he is an adult, true enough but that doesn't mean his immune of i dont even know what. I wanna call the police if i fail to reach him. Which police department do i call?, also since am not married to him i am concerned that they might play the privacy card. please help me what else can i do.

Since he is your fiance, you probably know some of his relatives. Contact a relative and go with them to the police. Maybe they know where he is. The employer has a vested interest in his whereabouts so if they are not too concerned, it is very strange. William S. Stern
