Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

We are constantly getting flooded out from our neighbors .The drain commissioner wont help and the road commissioner wont help can we build up our property to keep the water off the property

You need a real estate lawyer to get this water problem resolved. You may have to sue your neighbors and/or the city/county depending on where the liability lies. Without more facts, it is impossible to give you the law that applies to your situation.
