County of Affidavits

If the complaint is filed in Calhoun County, then what county should the Affidavit supporting the complaint indicate?

You don't need any affidavit supporting the complaint, unless it is a medical malpractice complaint for which you need an affidavit of merit attached to the complaint and filed at exactly the same time as the complaint. The affidavit of merit should be notarized where it was signed. If you are asking questions about a medical malpractice complaint, you are in way over your head doing it yourself. William S.
