Can I legally break a three year fitness contract if I have not used the services in over 7 months?

Re: Fitness Contract

No, the contract is for a set term which you agreed to. However, you may want to see if there is a cancellation fee as it may be cheaper than paying for the next 29 months. You may also check to see if you fitness club allows you to sell and assign your membership to another individual. Some clubs allow this for a small fee.

Good Luck.

Re: Fitness Contract

Not on that basis. If there is a medical reason which prevents you from using the gym facilities, you may be able to negotiate a cancellation that way.
