Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Fraud by a family member

Dear people,

I have an uncle who has done fraud to my father.

My uncle has borrowed money from my father thru a glib mouth

and lies, yet as their older brother died, a collector car

was left to the two remaining brothers. In addition, my living uncle has quite the history of being a liar and scoundrel! In any case, my uncle owes enough monies to equal

his share of the collector car, a 1966 Pontiac GTO.

Can my dad file some kind of motion in a court of law

to assume TOTAL ownership of the car?

Thank you

Re: Fraud by a family member

It matters what kind of proof your father has that he loaned the money. The brother may claim it was a gift and without proof, your father is out of luck. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
