Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I am a freelance artist and have a customer who 3 weeks after picking up a product has decided she doesn't like it even though I redid it for free once already and is going to sue me. What chance does she have? I have 35 hours into the mural and she paid $400 - about 1/3 of what actual cost would be for the hours involved.

It's hard to predict what someone will do and whether you will get sued. If you do get sued, at least consult with an attorney to help you answer the complaint so you don't default. That would be bad for you.
