Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Golf cart damage

If I never signed for a golf cart at a course and I lost control of the cart going down a hill at a 90 degree angle to the fairway, as required by the course, and rolled the cart. am I responsible for the damage?

Re: Golf cart damage

it is probably covered by your homeowners insurance, but if not, I say let them come after you. You pay to use that cart, and if damaged unintentionally, their insurance should cover it. If uninsured, their cost of doing business. Www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
