habitual civil disputer?(there a word fer this?)
I'm courious, I'm involved in a civil court dispute, guy owes me for a job. I found online that this non paying jerk has been sued at least 15 times(online dockets). Wish ida never met the welch, good ole hindsight!! Any of this useable? He seems to need to be habitualized in a civil way! Thanks

the fact that he has been involved in other lawsuits is only possible relevant to your case if those cases are similar, such as failure to pay a debt, etc., and how the cases were resolved. otherwise, the court may not deem them relevant nor admissible - it simply depends on the facts of your case.
