injunction

Is there a form for filing for an injunction and whether there is or is not a form, how do I file and injunction to stop an action against me. I have a dispute with a condo association and they are going to dismantle a deck without allowing me due process, because the by-laws state that I have the right to arbitration.

I recommend that you hire a lawyer to do this for you. It's not as easy as filling out a form: you have a burden of proof that must be satisfied and that usually requires irreparable harm of some sort. You must convince the judge (probably at an oral argument against the condominium association's attorneys!) not only that you're entitled to an injunction, but that the arbitration clause applies.

That's why you should get a lawyer first off, to give you an idea of what you're up against and the time frame in which you must act.
