There are many different interrogatories for many different situations and types of cases. Attorneys often make up their own questions/interrogatories depending on what kind of information they are seeking. There is no reason you cannot do the same. Attorneys do not generally give away their work product for free for obvious reasons. You can also go a a law library and with a little research, maybe you can find some sample interrogatories that would suit your needs.
