My advice would be to contact the dog�s owner first. If you are able to contact the dog�s owner, ask them to leash the dog or fence the dog in to prevent the dog from entering your property. If that fails, then contact your sheriff departments animal control when the dog is on your property. If the dog is as aggressive as you state, then animal control may have to put the dog down and your problem is solved. If you choose to kill the dog simply due to a trespass then you better be prepared to deal with the owners and any potential charges of cruelty to animals.
