Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Are there any laws in Michigan pertaining to a person taking pics/videos of underage children (skating), without parental permission and on private property? The property does not belong to the woman and she is using the pics/videos to try and get the community (mobile home) we all reside in closed down. I do not want my children to be a part of her actions and would like to know what my options are as a parent? Thank You
