In Michigan Small Claims Court, can I represent, speak for my adult daughter?
She wants to sue her landlord but does not want to have to be in court.

No, she will have to represent herself or hire an attorney to represent her in district court. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
No, not unless you're a lawyer.
If your daughter has some sort of a speech problem, or doesn't speak English, or is handicapped in some manner that makes it difficult for her to communicate, you may be able to go with her, and explain this to the court. Small claims courts are very liberal, as to testimony, and if your daughter really has a case, the court will give her time to present her claims (even if it's in writing), and let you sit with her, but at the very least, she will have to answer questions with a "yes" or a "no", to affirm her claims, or refute contrary testimony.
