Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
minor in possession laws
If a 20 year old receives an MIP in Florida, how will that affect him if he lives in Michigan? There was no breathilizer done etc, just fine sent to Ft Lauderdale in envelope. Can Michigan take away license? No driving was involved, just standing on beach with beer in hand.

There will be no effect in Michigan and no licence action.
