Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Neighbor harassment

I live in a small subdivision of 3 blocks, we have a neighbor who calls the cops on my 10 year old son when ever he goes out to play.

There are 3 other families with boys about the same age that play together. They call the cops on there boys as well. We have had to confine our kids into our homes. The police keep saying just give her, her space. They have even told the kids if she see's them out by her house she will call the cops. What can we do to make this stop?

We are so sick of the harassment! No charge's has ever been made nor has the police found the boys doing anything wrong. It's like her ord against our word kinda thing.

Please help

Re: Neighbor harassment

Why do you "have to confine" your kids? If your children aren't doing anything wrong, they can play outside.

If she calls the police and they find no wrongdoing, why do you care?

Eventually, the Sterling Heights police will either ticket her for making a false report or ignore her altogether.
