paying rommate for utilities
i paid my roommate for utilities in all coin and she didn't accept it. doesn't she have to it it's all legal tender? we never established a method/form of payment before hand.

No she doesn't have to accept coins and neither does the bank. You're hiding other issues with this adolescent prank.
