can i have a person removed from home that is on title

Me and my girlfriend were wondering if it is possible to have her dad evicted from the house if he is on the title. She is the sole proprieter and pays the mortgage and taxes on the house. He pays for consumers. He is not abiding of no smoking rules in house with a newborn child. He accrued a debt that was put up as a lean against the house which we had to pay off to refinance the home. We were just wondering what steps we would have to take if any possible?
