Possession of narcotics paraphernalia

I recently recived a ticket for narcotics paraphernalia possession in the for of a glass bowl used for marijuana and i was curious to waht the penalty may be in detroit

Re: Possession of narcotics paraphernalia

Maximum is 93 days jail, $500 fine + costs.

Usual sentence for first timers is ~$400 fine, $400 costs, no jail and 6-12 mos. probation.

This can be kept off your record.
