Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

i have a ppo on someone and they on me we both have court dates to terminate in different counties do you need a lawyer for this and, i also have a claim and delivery do i need lawyer for that the other person has one and has money for one as i dont and that worries me even though i feel i have plenty of proof

That makes no sense - a PPO is filed and handled by one court - two courts can't have jurisdiction over the same issue, unless you are talking about a civil and a criminal case. Filing a PPO is a civil matter and would be handled in the county wherein you reside, or the person subject to the PPO resides (if different than you). What two courts are the hearing dates set for? I'd start by contacting the county who issued the PPO - I'm not sure how another court would have jurisdiction over your PPO, unless you are talking about a PPO that's been filed against you, and one that you filed against someone else.
