PPO papers
PPO Papers filed with false accusations taken into account time factors and dates the PPO papers really hold no water. What can be done about this injunction?

Read the PPO which states you have a right to a hearing within a certain number of days. Go to the Oceana county court and file the request. They will give you a date to appear and contest the PPO.
If the accusations are actually true, but the dates and times are incorrect, you will likely lose. The court doesn't care about timing mistakes.
