Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
I went to two pre trials and then when the actually came the oil change companys attorney didn't show I got a default judgement. The judge told me to fill out a judgement form and send it to their attorney , and gave a 7 day ruling. Do I send it out after the seven days, do i file it or anything, I got it notarized because for a notary place but where it as for a clerks signature the clerks won't sign it yet . The only person who are helping me are actually confusing me. I would like some clarafication please. Thank you for your time.

Fill out the judgment form as the judge indicated. Send a copy to the attorney and to the court. Also send the court and the attorney a notice that the judgment will be entered in 7 days unless an objection is filed. The notice must use the case caption-same as the top of the judgement form.
