Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Public Records ?

HI. I may be taking two former business owner I was doing business with to court over what they did to restore my 1981 Dodge. What I am wondering is: Is there any way for me to look up and get a copy of any and all other court cases involving these two? I have already found one case and it was by accident that I ran into a former customer of theirs who filed a small claims court lawsuit. Is there any way for me to find out if there were any other cases involving these two? What '' public records '' are there that I might be able to get a copy of. Thanks for your time and help.

Go to the county and district court where they used to do business and the clerk can look up all lawsuits against them. Why would you restore a 1981 Dodge? Did you like Corinthian leather? William S. Stern
