Question about a Contract I have

I have a contract with another party. A while ago we made an amendment to that contract and they wrote it. I disagreed with somethings on it and changed it and sent it back. They told me they were going to review it so I assumed they would notice the changes but by the way they are acting I assume they did not notice them. What exactly does that mean for the contract amendment?
