Question on gifts

My ex-fiance gave my son a dirt bike.It was paid for .He got it bartering someone. He has since moved and taken it,can I legally go get it? What do I do to get it for my son?

You can hire an attorney to sue your ex but it is not advisable to get it yourself. Courts frown on self help that sometimes leads to violence. If you need help with this, contact my office.
