I recieved a summons. I need to answer it but my question is what do I do If I don't agree with amount and I want to make payments

You need to answer the complaint. Each numbered paragraph has to be answered with an admission or denial. A copy of the answer must be served on the opposing attorney, and the original filed in court. You're always best off hiring an attorney, though. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
