Relationship with an adult and a minor

My daughter is 17. She is being pursued by a 22(almost 23 year old). I am doing my best to forbid the relationship. Is there any legal action I can take. Is she still considered a minor at 17. If she would become intimate with this Man, is there anything I can do???
