Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
scam artist?
my mom went to a website for ''psychic'' advice. This lady convinced her to send 1600 dollars, and keeps telling my mom to ''call back tomorrow''. My mom has asked for her money back because it is ''guaranteed'' on the website. This lady just keeps saying, ''give me a couple more days'', call me back tomorrow. Does my mom have some legal recourse to get her money back?

Re: scam artist?
sure, she could certainly sue the charlatan. It may be something in violation of the Michigan consumer protection act. Have her contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
