My son is 21 years old. He was injured at a gun range due to the owners negligence. I have paid the out of pocket expenses for his injury. Who is the plaintiff in this case, my son or I??

Normally the plaintiff is the person who is harmed. It sounds like your son would be the proper plaintiff.
