Statute of limitations

I need to know the time limit for filing a civil action for

childhood sexual abuse in Michigan. With extenuating circumstances.

The statute is 2 years for assault and 3 years for other tort actions. The statute is tolled (inactive) during childhood up to the age of 18. Once turning 18, you have 1 year to file (unless you were 16-17 at the time of the abuse.

The staute is also tolled while your memory of the abuse is "repressed"
