Stolen Motorcycle

I needed to know if I own a motorcycle and the insurance is in someone elses name, and the bike is stolen who would get the check for the stolen bike, I have the title in my name and the person with the insurance said the bike was stolen out of the place were it was being stored. thank you Eric

The check will, in almost all cases, be issued to the insured. Hopefully, you are either an additional insured or the insured is honest enough to give you any insurance proceeds.
