What can I do if someone takes pictures or videoof me without my consent?

If you were in a public place, nothing.

If you were in a private place, or a place that you had a reasonable expectation of privacy, you can sue for invasion of privacy, and prevent their use/publication of the photo/video.

If someone is using your photo/video for advertising or commercial purposes, without your permission/consent, then you may sue them for misappropriation.
