Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Thank you for your time in advance. I recently caught my girlfriend stealing money from me. She is on felony probation currently, and for the last several months I have been providing her the funds to pay her probation costs (as loans, NOT gifts, and she had this understanding) which include three weekly urinary tests ($20), and one court-ordered test which includes a BAC test (this one costing $25), plus $40 for probation supervision fees. I am filing a legal case against her for those costs, plus other things Ive loaned her money for. I am attempting to figure out the exact amount I loaned her, as I did not keep the records I should have.

My question ultimately is, how I could obtain a warrant to provide her probation office, to obtain all of her testing dates (NOT the results) so I can calculate a more accurate figure before filing the case? Or, do I have to file first and direct the investigator toward her probation office?

Additional information: Michigan-based. I calculate costs to be $60/week * 4 weeks = $240 + $5 for the BAC test + $40/month for supervision fees = $285 total per month. These are based off what she has told me and asked me for before.

You will have a very tough time getting a verdict against her without a signed contract saying these are loans. After all, this is your girlfriend. You may win by default if she doesn't show, but collection will be the toughest part.
