Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
Someone I worked with claimed 6 months ago that her son died. She had a story and everything. Her coworkers donated money to help her out. Yesterday I saw her and her son....clearly still alive.
Is what she did illegal?

Yes, call the police and report it. It is fraud.
