How many years does a hibitual offender (4th time) get for utter and publishing

Uttering and publishing is a four year felony. If convicted of that and the 4th habitual, one could potentially go away for fifteen years max. However, Michigan's sentencing guidelines, at the high end there are minimums between 17 and 60 months and at the lowest end are minimums of probation to six months.
