Legal Question in Health Care Law in Michigan
What medication should have been used?
I just had rectocele surgery, a TVT sling, perineal reconstruction, and they tightened my muscles. I received motrin for pain, and was sent home the same day. I left the hospital in tears from the pain. I told them I hurt too much to be sent home, and was told by the nurse that I would be in so much pain I wouldn't sleep well either. I also asked for an ice pack and was told ''no''. What should they have used for pain management, and should they have sent me home against my will?
