Legal Question in Health Care Law in Michigan
Mom is ill
My mom is ill, I live in a different state. Mom had me as power of attorney. A problem came up so she signed to have here sister as power of attorney. Now she says that my mom wants her to be able to write checks to pay bills is there anyway to protect my mom so that her sister won't take all of her money if she dies

Not really, as long as she has a power of attorney.
You may need to take a trip to Florida.
