Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
I'm am a 17 year old green card holder. I currently reside in Michigan. I would like to leave my house and live independently. Would there be any ramifications for doing so, that would affect my right to become a naturalized citizen? Also just to clarify, am I legally allowed to move into a friends house without my parents reporting me as a runaway and charging my friends parents with harboring?

This really has nothing to do with Immigration Law.
Different States designate different ages of consent, so you would need further guidance from a civil attorney in Michigan to answer that question. Here in California, you either have to be 18, or become an emancipated minor (which requires a court proceeding), to be considered a legal adult.
If you get arrested, that will affect your immigration status, so don't do anything rash until you turn 18, & then file for U.S. naturalization, if you are able & eligible to.
