Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

I applied for a fiance' visa in August 2010. It was approved thru immigration was sent to the visa dept. The America Embassy in Ghana set an appt for six months later. We gathered all the information..police clearance, medical, immunizations, aff of financial support, proof of the relationship (since 2008). He was denied the visa from the Embassy in Ghana, stating that we would here from immigrations in about six months! We are confused and unsure of what to do next. Please help!

Hello. In order to determine what is the next step it is important to know what has actually happened. Was your husband ever interviewed by the U.S. Embassy in Ghana? Was their an actual denial or has the petition been returned to USCIS for further inquiry? I suggest you call us and make an appointment bringing all of your paperwork so that we may be able to advise you better. Our phone number is (248) 619-0065. We have offices in Troy and Detroit and the consulation is absolutely free.
