Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
I am applying for a renewal of green card using I 90 online. It is a 10 year old green card and will expire in less than six months. I have traveled a few times in the past 5 years and one of them lasted more than 6 months. The others were less than 6 months. Total Number of months i was in the US is over 30 months. I also have two travel visas ( I 131). My questions:
While I am filing the online application, should I upload the travel visas ?
I was attending school overseas - should I upload any transcripts etc?

If you think you might travel outside the U.S. for more than 6 mos again, then you can file for Advance Parole ( form I-131), which is not a visa.
You do not need any supporting documents for Advance Parole, other than a copy of your valid "greencard".
Please call me at (800) 750-1828. Kind regards, RDM
