This may be possible, but you'll need another H-1B petition for concurrent part-time employment to be filed. This will require the same attestations made on your first H-1B petition. Again, U.S. immigration law allows you to work for two different employers in H-1B status -- but you'll need a separate petition approved before you may be able to do so.

Also, you will not be subject to the H-1B cap again, so this is very valuable.

Note, most out-of-state attorneys can legally help you because we are permitted to practice federal immigration law outside of our state of jurisdiction. Please feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation.
