Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
Dear Immigration Lawyer:
I am a Permanent Resident, who has a Citizenship interview. The USCIS document asks to bring all the passports, even expired ones, to the interview. I cant find my expired passports. But I do have my current passport, which had a Green card stamp.
I do have copies of the old expired ones, but not the originals. Will this be an issue for me getting naturalization?
Thanks
Shawn

Just take your current passport and copies of your old ones and that should be ok. Good luck, Carrie Pastor
