Deporatation process
Hi,
One of my friend is getting deported because of felony case. The immigration officials told that he will be escorted by an agent.Will he be handcuffed and taken till he reaches the destination country.what are the agents primary duties while escorting.Thanks.

Normally prisoners who have been convicted of crimes and are being deported are handcuffed and shackled at all times. Normally they are escorted by an agent who babysits him on the plane and then turns him over to authorities in his country who do with him what they want. They can incarcerate him there is they are so inclined.
